Time to care for your dog

A presentation was recently given by  The Thai Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals(TSPCA)  at the Lifestyle Hall, 2nd floor, Siam Paragon.  One focus of the event was to highlight the need for there to be no rabies in Thailand – #setzeronorabies – dog licensing, large-scale vaccination and education have been successful in combating and eliminating rabies in many developed countries.  Another focus was on the abandonment of dogs after they are no longer wanted in their home.
